To begin with a positive, the tub itself is beautiful. I love the size. It is comfortable. I should have ordered the same tub as a soaker. The tub says it has a heated fan...yet the fan is not really heated. After talking with someone at Jacuzzi they said that the fan is just a fan and that it takes the air from the room. So when you are in a hot bath in winter and the room is chilly get ready for really cold bubbles up your back...not the relaxing bath that I was going for with the air jet model. Next, the bubbles are extremely loud. When shopping for a tub and going between a jetted tub vs. air, I was told that they are quieter. My goodness no! I can only use the air jet function when no body is resting and with two little ones at home that would be my only time, so the function does not get used. It does not make for a quiet relaxing experience like I was told. Just beware, though it is beautiful and has nice clean lines.
