I have owned this since 2005, June 19, 2012 By  Bette - See all my reviews This review is from: ER30DSRCH/NG Dacor 30" Epicure Dual Fuel Pro Style Self Rimming Range - Natural Gas - Stainless Steel with Chrome Trim This is my second Dacor cook item. I was happy with that cooktop, so I went for the gold on my next home. I have the 30" duel fuel self clean. I picked this over Viking and Wolf because of the cooktop situation. The burners are sealed, and very easy to clean. The iron grates aren't like lifting garden gates to clean the surface. I'm an older woman and heavy is an issue. The oven is great! I don't really use the broiler. but I do a lot of cooking in the oven, including homemade pizza. The BTU's are wonderful. I am now very spoiled. Self clean is a terrific.
