Slow heating on GE wall oven, November 4, 2011 By  LJ - See all my reviews This review is from: GE JTP90DPBB 30 4.4 cu. Ft. Combination Wall Oven - Black Preheat signal sounds after 8 minutes, but actual preheating takes 30 minutes or more. Technicians shrugged and said, "Sorry. That's the way it is because the heating element is concealed in the bottom". I purchased this unit from Home Depot, but they rejected this review without explanation. Buy the extended warranty.
