The glass cook surface is both easy to clean, and is extremely durable. I like the selectable element sizes. Also the genuine European convection setting speeds up baking times. Probably my favorite thing is the meat probe, for cooking that thanksgiving or Christmas turkey... Set the temp and insert the probe, then when it reaches the desired temp (170) it lets you know.
