I love the parchment like paper; sturdy and great quality binder cover too. This book really helps a person come in touch with all their emotions and feelings and you just end up feeling better getting it out on paper. Then it's often interesting to go back and read how you felt a month ago -- it sorta wows you. Great purchase that was well worth the price!

The design works great for me. The daily prompts help to keep the pen flowing. I've occasionally added envelopes in between the pages with photos, letters, postcards etc that relate to my entry for that day. The journals seem to be well made, I have moved many times and the journals are still intact. I love it!
