If you are parents with young or growing children, this journal is a great way to write down things that are fun to remember. It gives prompts for date, what the weather is like, good things that happened, concerns, but also has ample room for free writing. I have had fun with this. I just gave my friend one for her birthday. They are going over seas for three years for her husband's job, so thought it would be a good way to help their young children remember the experience. This is just my humble opinion. :)
