This is an extremely unique Journal, unlike any I have yet to come across. The front and back covers are made of approximately 1/4" thick, sturdy cardboard and the binding is a double-stranded, thick wire. The inside pages are a nice, thick paper that will hold up for years to come. The front side of each of its 200 pages have lined spaces for you to fill in the "day, date, and weather; the way you feel; what you are grateful for; what your inspirations, prayer, scriptures, and quotes are; for what/whom you said a special prayer; which of your prayers have been answered (comfort, peace, love, and miracles); your donations of the heart (acts of kindness, sharing, caring, and forgiveness); and what you would like to see happen tomorrow (goals, ideas, etc.)."
